Well-Being Behavior
Behavior analysis, made practical

Every behavior is telling you something.
Let's figure out what.

Inspiring potential. Empowering change.

I take the same science behavior analysts use in practice and turn it into tools and plans you can actually use tomorrow morning. At four, at forty, at eighty. Whether it is your child, your classroom, an adult you support, your caseload, or the habit you have restarted four times.

About three minutes, no card, and it prints.

The Behavior Decoder

A behavior is always producing something. A meltdown, a refusal, a habit nobody can break. Answer a few questions about what actually happens before and after, and it scores all four reasons rather than making you pick one. About three minutes, at any age.

Free, and no card. A one-page calm-down sheet lands in your inbox to print, along with the newsletter. Unsubscribe anytime.

The decoder itself runs in the app and is free there too. Open it now → or read what it does first.

Free, with an account

Two tools, no payment

The app is a website, so there is nothing to install. Make an account and these two are yours to use as long as you want them. No card, nothing to cancel.

Free

The 3-Minute Behavior Decoder

Answer a handful of questions about what actually happens, and it scores your answers across all four reasons behavior happens rather than making you pick one. Then it prints.

Free

The Classic Token Board

Fill it in on your phone or print it. The printout carries whatever you typed, so it is your board rather than a blank template. See how the app actually feels before you spend anything.

An account takes a minute. Buy any product once and it is yours for good, or take Full Access at $19 a month for the whole library.

Who's behind this

Behavior Analyst. Solo Mom. Founder.

I'm Camille M. Galanis, a behavior analyst in New York and founder of Well-Being Behavior. I practice under a graduate permit with LBA supervision, with the BCBA exam coming up.

I built these tools for my own clients because I could never find exactly what I was looking for. Everything here is made by me, used by me, and it is what I find helpful in my work.

Real behavior analysis works. But it usually gets locked behind clinical language, or scattered across a folder of printouts you can never find when you actually need one. I wanted one place where the same science, the timing, the reinforcement, the structure, works for a parent at the kitchen table and a behavior analyst between sessions.

Behavior analysis is a science of behavior. Behavior applies to all living organisms.
