Stop rebuilding your parent training materials from scratch.
Every family gets the same four conversations. Decode the behavior, set the goal, build the plan, pick the tools. I got tired of rebuilding those four conversations in a new document for every single case, so I built them properly once.
Two tools, no payment
Before anything is paid for, make an account and use these two. The app is a website, so there is nothing to install and nothing to cancel.
The 3-Minute Behavior Decoder
The version to hand a caregiver between sessions. It scores across all four functions rather than asking somebody to pick one, and it prints with their own answers on it.
The Classic Token Board
Editable, printable, and it carries whatever was typed into it. Useful on its own, and the quickest way to see how the rest of the practitioner line is built.
Separate from the two free PDFs below, which need no account at all.
What is in the practitioner line
Practitioner Workbook Template
Family snapshot, quick glossary, four guided sessions, reusable session notes, and a progress tracker. Licensed for use in your own practice.
Behavior Analyst's Reference Guide
Development reference, autism overview, the core behavior change framework, antecedent strategies, preference assessment quick reference, and referral considerations.
MO & Preference Assessment Toolkit
EOs and AOs explained clearly, reinforcement schedules including CRF, FR, VR, FI and VI, a comparison of preference assessment methods, and a working MSWO data sheet.
All three plus the parent-facing handouts come in the Practitioner Toolkit at $149, with unlimited student profiles.
The measurement tools are sold separately from that, as the Practitioner Data Pack at $190. Nine of them, $281 bought one at a time. Plan fidelity and IOA, probes and maintenance, task analysis, data sheets, the barriers screener, the progress decision aid, the setting scan, the goal sorter, and the one-page plan summary you hand a family. Nothing in it overlaps the Toolkit.
The measures, not just the worksheets
These run in the app and print as real data sheets. Blank, each one is a form you fill in by hand. Filled in, it carries the table, the charts and a written read-out, which is what goes in a file or gets handed to a family.
- MSWO. The real procedure, scored as selections divided by presentations so a late pick scores low rather than counting the same as a first pick. Ranked result and a chart.
- Function screener. Sixteen items, four subscales, scored across all four rather than forcing a single answer. It prints the profile, not just the winner, and it says plainly that an indirect tool agrees with direct observation less often than people expect.
- ABC tracker. Antecedent and consequence are coded categories rather than free text, which is what makes the analysis work. Four charts and a sentence naming what the pattern points to and what to teach instead.
- Task analysis. Independent versus prompted scoring per step, percent independent across attempts, and a chart that names which link still needs teaching.
- Toileting log. Successes, accidents and dry checks by time block, prompted versus independent, and the accidents-by-time chart that tells you where to put a scheduled sit.
Behavior analysis is a science of behavior
Behavior applies to all living organisms. It is not a service line for autism and insurance, and it is not something you have to leave at the clinic door.
I built these tools because I wanted the science to be usable by whoever is actually doing the day to day work. That includes you, between sessions, at 9pm, building a parent handout you have built forty times before.
I hold a New York State graduate permit in applied behavior analysis, with the BCBA exam coming up.
What your families get
The Practitioner Toolkit includes the Parent Companion Workbook and the Parent Strategy & Training Workbook, built to be used live during strategy calls and the parent training sessions that follow.
Your logo is not on them, but the structure is the same one you are already using, so the family sees one consistent system instead of four different handouts.

Both are one page, both print, and both are free to use in your own practice. No account needed.
Caregiver Training Fidelity Checklist
Score each rehearsal while it is happening, independent or prompted or not observed, and stop on a number rather than on a feeling. The criterion is on the sheet.
The 10-Minute Preference Assessment
A paper MSWO. The procedure, a ranking sheet, how to read the result, and the three things that quietly ruin it.
Asking for either one also puts you on the practitioner track of Well, Behaved. Leave whenever you like.
