Practitioner Toolkit

The workbook template, clinical reference guide, and MO and preference assessment toolkit, plus the parent handouts that go with them. Licensed for use in your own practice.

The MSWO preference assessment result, a selection percentage chart and a ranked reinforcer hierarchy with selected, presented and percentage columns
A real MSWO. Selection percentage is selections divided by presentations, so a late pick scores low.
A task analysis scored step by step, with a chart of independent, prompted and not-yet responses across sessions
The workbook, the reference guide, and the task analysis builder, plus unlimited student profiles.

Every family gets the same four conversations. Decode the behavior, set the goal, build the plan, pick the tools. I got tired of rebuilding those four conversations in a new document for every single case, so I built them properly once.

Bought separately, the three core items are $143. The toolkit adds the parent-facing workbooks, the client resources, and unlimited student profiles.

What is included

  • Behavior Analyst Practitioner Workbook Template, four guided sessions
  • Behavior Analyst's Reference Guide, fourteen sections
  • Motivating Operations, Reinforcement & Preference Assessment Toolkit — Behavior Analyst Edition
  • Parent Companion Workbook, to hand to families
  • Parent Strategy & Training Workbook, built to be used live in session
  • Visual Kitchen Skills Kit, with task analysis scoring
  • “I Go to the Bathroom”, the visual story with its own data log
  • BST Caregiver Training Kit, for training a caregiver to criterion

Unlimited student profiles, each with separate saved progress.

The data collection

This is the part that is hard to see from outside the app, and it is the part most of these tools exist for.

  • MSWO preference assessment. Runs the real procedure and scores selection percentage as selections divided by presentations, so a late pick scores low instead of just counting as a pick. Ranked result and a chart.
  • Behavior function screener. Sixteen items across four subscales, scored on all four rather than making you pick one, with the profile printed rather than just the winner.
  • ABC data tracker. Antecedent and consequence are coded categories, not free text, which is what makes the analysis possible. Four charts and a written read-out of what the pattern points to.
  • Task analysis scoring in the kitchen kit. Independent versus prompted per step, percent independent across attempts, and a chart naming which link still needs teaching.
  • Toileting log. Successes, accidents and dry checks by time block, prompted versus independent, with the accidents-by-time chart that sets a sit schedule.

Every one of them prints as a real data sheet. Blank it is a form you fill in by hand, filled it carries the table, the charts and the read-out, which is what you attach to a file or hand to a family.

The ABC tracker's four charts and its written read-out, showing seven of nine coded entries ending with the task stopping and pointing toward escape
The tracker does the analysis. Coded categories, four charts, and a sentence naming the likely function.

What is actually in the reference guide

EO and AO terminology explained clearly, a full breakdown of reinforcement schedules including CRF, FR, VR, FI and VI, a comparison of preference assessment methods, and a working MSWO data sheet. Plus family collaboration guidance and referral considerations.

What it saves

Every tool in it saves your own work. The tracker, the workbooks and the preference assessment keep a full history, so progress is a chart rather than a memory, and the rest reprint exactly as you set them up.

In the app this is a live tool rather than a blank printable. It prints from whatever you have put into it, which is the part a static PDF cannot do.

What it costs separately

Bought one at a time, the parts of this come to $234. The bundle is $149, which is $85 less, or 36 percent.
