Practitioner Data Pack

Nine measurement tools that each end in a number you can put in a file. $281 bought separately, $190 together.

The plan fidelity read-out: three observations at 100, 86 and 57 percent as written, a chart naming the step most often not run as written, and a note that fidelity is 43 points below the best observation
Three observations in, it names the one step that is decaying rather than telling you the plan is at 57 percent.
The progress decision aid: twelve data points charted, with a read-out saying the last third averages 57.5 against 27.5 for the first third, and that the range of 20 to 65 makes the trend worth less than it looks
It describes what the numbers are doing and names your four options. It does not choose.

The nine tools

Bought one at a time these are $281. The pack is $190, and buying it unlocks all nine as separate products in your library rather than as one locked bundle. If you already own one of them, it stays yours.

They run in an order

Scan the room, decide what is worth teaching, break it into steps, build the sheet, probe before you teach, check the plan is being run as written, and only then ask whether the data are flat. A tenth item comes with the pack, which is a roadmap guide inside the app that walks that order and says what each tool is for.

Most stalled programs are explained by two of these. The environment did not support the plan, or the plan was not being run. Those are the first two tools in the order for that reason.

Every one of them ends in a result

Not a worksheet you filled in. A percentage, a profile across four areas, a dated ranking with a name on it, or a decision with the reason recorded next to it. Six weeks later that record is the difference between a defensible program and a memory.

In the app each of these is a live tool rather than a blank printable. Each one prints from whatever you have put into it, which is the part a static PDF cannot do.

Every tool keeps the judgement with you. None of them recommends a procedure for an identified client.
