3-Minute Behavior Decoder
Start with why. Run it on the moment that keeps happening in your room. It asks what happens right before and right after, then scores all four reasons a behavior keeps happening rather than making you pick one. About three minutes.
Visual Schedule
For the part of the school day that keeps going wrong. Build the routine on screen with your own steps and icons, then print it for the board or a student's desk.
First/Then Board
First the work, then the thing they are waiting for. Two steps with your own icons. It defuses more hard moments than any other visual, and it fits on a desk.
After that
Everything else in the library is there when you need it. These are the usual next steps.
- Token Boards, when a student needs to see the reward coming. The Classic board is free
- Data Sheet Builder, when the team meeting needs data rather than a feeling about how the month went
- Task Analysis Builder, for a routine with many steps, like arrival or lining up
- Coping Cards, for the big feelings in between
Made for the classroom
These five came from my classroom printables and now live in the library as tools you fill in and print.
- Transition Warning Cards & Timer Visuals, for stopping one thing and starting another
- Break & Request Cards, so a student always has a way to ask
- Choice Boards, two acceptable options instead of one demand
- “When the Answer Is No”, a social story about hearing no and staying okay
- “Keeping My Hands Safe”, a social story about hitting, written without shame
What stays private
Nothing you type about a student is stored by me. It stays in your browser, it prints, and you can download it as a PDF to open again later.
